Embroidery

Minimum Order
We have a minimum order of 6 pieces for all embroidery items.  Items may be different as long as the design and stitching does not change.

Turnaround Time
Our typical tournaround time is 7-10 business days from the placement of the order.  Turn around time does not include shipping time.  Expedited services are available depending upon workload.  Rush charges may apply.

Digitizing
Each logo you want embroidered needs to be digitized.  This is the most important part of the embroidery process.  We have expert digitizers that are ready to make your logo look great.  All orders of 48 pieces or more (except for specials) receive free digitizing (a savings of up to $75).  All digitized logos will stay on file for future orders with us.  We do not provide or sell digitized logos.

Existing Embroidery Designs
If you have a digitized copy of your logo, please email it to us and our digitizers will review it.  We may need to re-digitize the art to comply with our software.  Digitizing fees may apply.

Sizing
When submitting artwork please scale the artwork to reflect the actual size requested.  If we need to scale the image for you, please let us know what measurements you would like.
