Will you match competitor's prices?
We pride ourselves on offering some of the best pricing around.  If you find a lower price on the exact order quoted by us, we can beat it or match it 95% of the time.  All you have to do is email, mail or fax us a copy of the estimate from the other vendor.

How do I order?
Ordering is easy.  Use our contact form to e-mail us your order specifications.

How do I choose my design?
We have a number of stock designs that you can customize for your event or organization.  If you have an idea or know what your looking for, our graphic artists will create your design for you.

Does it matter how may colors I use in the design?
For screen printing, the price increases with the number of colors in the design.  With embroidery, the price is not based on the number of colors.

Can I see a proof?
We e-mail a color proof of what the shirt will look like.  This is usually done in 24-48 hours prior to printing.  We will print as soon as we get your approval of the proof.

What is the typical turnaround time?
The typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days.  We do try to complete our print jobs in a shorter time frame.  Shipping is not included in the turnaround time.

What method do you use to ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS ground.  If you need your order quicker, expedited services are available at an additional cost.  All screen print orders of 36 or more pieces include free ground shipping.

Do I pay upfront?
A 50% deposit must be made at the time of order.  The balance is due at delivery.  Production does not begin until payment has been made.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.  A restocking fee will be assessed to all cancelled orders.
